Graduate Account Manager - Luton, Bedfordshire
I am currently recruiting for a Graduate Account Manager for a leading Cisco partner based in the south of Bedfordshire.
This graduate position’s primary duty will be to assist the field sales team, and be the first point of contact for clients. Dealing with and taking ownership of complaints and issues, you will play a crucial part in the service offering to customers. You will need to be able to create great rapport with the key decision makers in the client organisations, using your communication skills and charisma.
You will have an excellent eye for detail – analysing quotes for mistakes and non-standard margins proposals – as well as updating the salesforce database. Arranging and attending meetings with clients are an important task in this graduate position so your organisational skills must be exceptional.
You will have an excellent telephone manner as most of your dealings with clients will be telephone-based – as well as a professional experience because you will be visiting client sites for meetings. Experience in a similar role and good technical knowledge would be highly beneficial but not necessary.
If successful, you will be offered an annual salary of £20,000-£22,000
