Registered Home Manager

£33-35K per annum

Our client is a large and well established provider of quality care in nursing
homes and specialists units across the UK. Their homes operate to the highest
standards of care and provision for elderly and dementia residents.  The Group is committed to employing
passionate individuals whom value the residents as they would their own
relatives.

The Newcastle based Care
Home offers different levels of care to suit a range of needs, from
residential, nursing and palliative care, to short term respite care. They have
an existing team of well trained, dedicated, registered nurses and care
assistants and offer 62 beds.

The Role

Our client requires a
Registered Care Home Manager in order to take over the running of their
facility - you will have at least 2 years experience in dementia home
management (EMI) and you must be a qualified nurse (RMN/RGN or RNLD with
general nursing experience) and ideally, but not essentially, possess your RMA
or equivalent management qualification.

You will be committed to
providing the highest care standards and to be passionate about the welfare of
the service users, leading by example in your senior role and ensuring the
highest level of care is given to the residents at all times.  You must also be mindful to ensure the home’s
occupancy is always at capacity level.
