The Role
You will take personal ownership of ongoing and continually stretching "quarter-by-quarter" sales objectives and deliver both top and bottom line performance by leading, coaching and mentoring your management team. In engaging prospects and customers across all market segments your teams will be disciplined, focused, expertly trained and most of all hitting targets because you inspire them to do so.

About You
You have a sales record that has consistently impressed the board you report to, you are comfortable with the pressures of having an "outcomes" measured leadership role and are able to cascade your natural passion and enthusiasm for sales across your team. You have vision, can think and act strategically and also know when the "player-manager" in you should step forward and show the rising stars in your team just how good at selling you still are. Warranty experience is essential.
