Coaching and Development Leader - Twickenham, Middlesex
A new position has been created for a Coaching and Development Leader to join a boutique contact centre based in Twickenham, Middlesex. You will be coordinating a team of quality staff to deliver excellent quality standards, you will coach and feedback to frontline staff and provide coaching support to quality specialists and the operational teams.
Must have skills and experience:
*Proven coaching experience
*Strong technical aptitude, with Microsoft Excel experience preferred
*Ability to deliver quality customer service through Senior Staff
*Excellent written communication skills
*Strong ability to multitask and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
*Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
*Meticulous nature; high attention to detail
*Ability to build constructive and effective relationships and partnerships
*Goal and target orientated
*Self motivated to develop own skills
The position is to start ASAP, you must be able to travel to Twickenham, have previous proven coaching experience and have experience of working within a contact centre.
